Workwear branding methods
The choice of method depends on the fabric, the logo position and how the clothing is used:
- Embroidery – the most durable and representative option for jackets, vests, polo shirts and caps.
- Screen printing – cost-effective for larger quantities of T-shirts and sweatshirts, including large lettering on the back.
- Transfer printing – suitable for technical and reflective fabrics where direct printing is not possible.
- Digital printing – for multi-colour logos and small quantities.
We often combine methods – for example an embroidered logo on the front and a large print with the company name on the back.
High-visibility clothing
For high-visibility clothing we follow the visibility requirements – the logo is placed so that it does not cover the reflective strips. We use transfer printing or screen printing suitable for these fabrics, which keeps the clothing flexible and withstands washing.

Minimum quantity, prices and lead times
The minimum quantity depends on the branding method – from 10 pieces for embroidery and from 20 pieces for screen printing. The price is determined by the clothing model, the method, the logo size and the quantity. The standard lead time is 1 to 5 working days after the design is approved, when the clothing is in stock.
How to order
Send us your logo and the models, colours, sizes and quantities you need through the contact form or to office@kim-print.com. We will help you choose the right clothing and branding method and send you a quote with a mock-up. You collect the finished uniforms at our office in Sofia or receive them by courier anywhere in Bulgaria.
