Embroidery is the most stylish and longest-lasting way to put a logo on clothing. An embroidered logo looks premium, gives a solid and professional appearance and lasts for years without fading. At KiM Print we embroider logos and lettering on polo shirts, shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, caps, workwear, aprons, towels and bags.

When to choose embroidery

Embroidery is ideal wherever clothing is worn every day and must look smart – staff uniforms in hotels, restaurants, offices and shops, workwear, corporate gifts, sports clubs and schools. It is especially suitable for heavy fabrics such as piqué, fleece, softshell and denim, where printing is not always the best solution.

How the process works

1. You send us your logo in the highest quality you have.
2. We create an embroidery program (so-called punching or digitising) – the logo is turned into a file with stitches, directions and thread density.
3. We prepare a mock-up for approval.
4. After approval we embroider the whole order on embroidery machines using highly durable threads.

Once created, the embroidery program can be reused for future orders with the same logo.

Where we can embroider

We most often embroider a logo on the chest, but we can also embroider on the sleeve, collar, back, the front or side of a cap, as well as on pockets, bags and towels. For large images on the back we often combine embroidery on the front with screen printing on the back – giving you a smart look at a reasonable price.

Minimum quantity, prices and lead times

The minimum quantity for embroidery is 10 pieces. The price is determined mainly by the number of stitches – that is, the size and density of the logo – as well as the number of embroidery positions and the quantity. The standard lead time is 1 to 5 working days after the mock-up is approved.

Tips for the best result

Very fine details and text smaller than 5 mm in height are difficult to reproduce with thread. If your logo is very detailed, we will suggest a simplified embroidery version that keeps the brand recognisable. Send us your logo in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) or as a high-resolution image.
